ADSH ships both nationally and internationally. Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment has cleared. Please allow extra for custom made orders. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Orders placed on the weekends will be handled along with all orders placed on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
We charge a flat rate of $6 for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post Express, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express mail will arrive within 1-2 business days of your order being dispatched.
SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
At this point in time we are only able to ship to New Zealand, China, Indonesia, United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping for these countries will be calculated during the checkout process. If you wish to purchase an item and are not currently living within any of these countries please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you. A flat rate charge of $25 will be charged for shipping for countries not listed above. We use Australia Post International Airmail that has a 5-10 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped. Please note that business days to not include weekends or national public holidays. Registered International post offers tracking services for certain countries only. Some international orders require a signature upon delivery. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. LIABILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to ADSH and the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the customer. We package our items with the upmost of care. If your item arrives damaged in anyway please contact us right away via email with a photograph.
Please keep in mind when purchasing the pre-loved/vintage/handmade nature of our items. ADSH attempts to display all of our products & colours as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colors are represented as best as we can. We are always happy to help you so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your question is not answered in the item description. We will only accept refunds and returns if the item is NOT as described. All items are quality checked before shipping. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item for any reason, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the item. Please state the reason for your return and attach a photo if possible. A reply email will be sent to confirm that your return is being accepted. A refund of the selling price will be given once your item return has been received. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If it becomes apparent that the guidelines have not been followed, we reserve the right to refuse refunds.
